The Forks’ Best Hot Chocolate!

Are you ready to indulge in the most decadent hot chocolate around? We start by heating up heavy cream and melting dark chocolate to create a ganache. We then thin this chocolate goodness down by adding some chocolate infused whole milk. Top that with some mini marshmallows and you are all set.

Is that too much for you? You can also get the Ultimate Mocha by starting with a half glass of our Hot Chocolate and topping it off with one of our gourmet coffees.

Knoephla Tuesdays!

Our most popular soup, Knoephla (Vegetarian) is this amazing German dumpling stew with carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, butter, and milk. Proof that simple ingredients are so tasty!

Our bread bakers mix our dough in small batches using simple ingredients.  Each loaf and bun is shaped by hand.  Our pastry bakers create decadent cookies, cakes, bars, and desserts for you to indulge in.  Our lunch baker creates daily unique sandwiches on our fresh breads and handcrafted soups from scratch.  Our breakfast baker produces tender scones, flaky croissants, and gooey caramel rolls. 

Join us Sundays for a brunch of quiche, biscuits & gravy, bagels & lox, and a featured soup.  We have a daily breakfast menu with our northwoods porridge, baked oatmeal, egg bake sandwiches, and of course toast & jam. 

To go with our food we feature Grounds For Change Organic Fair Trade coffee and a huge selection of Choice Organic Fair Trade teas.  We have a big selection of soft drinks and juices, plus our cool Dakota Harvest iced coffees, iced teas, and lemonades to make your summer a little more tasty.
